SMART Track is a web-based management system designed to monitor the components of your early defibrillation program.   With SMART Track, you can manage each and every device with  just a click of the mouse, making it simple to keep your devices  and program information up to date. By tracking important aspects of your program such as responder training and equipment information, and creating alerts whenever action is required,  SMART Track takes the burden of AED program management  off your shoulders.

The SMART Track dashboard provides you with a snapshot of your program sites, devices and trained responders, as well as a breakdown of the status of your batteries and pads, inspections and training courses– all on the landing page.  Automatic early warnings for expiration dates on equipment and training certification

With SMART Track, expiration dates  for your program’s batteries, pads and trained responders are constantly monitored, with automated alerts sent out at 90, 60 and 30 days prior to expiration.  Track training certification

  • By location, keep track of all your responders and the status of their training certification, helping ensure that you  have up-to-date trained responders at  each location.  

 

Inspection tracking with automatic email reminders when inspections are due

SMART Track monitors your inspection dates and will automatically generate an email when they are due. A link will be provided in the email, which will take you directly to the “Log Inspections” page.   You can update the log with just a few clicks of the mouse. Escalation that ensures program issues  and action items are addressed

  • Should any expiration or inspection notifications go unacknowledged,  SMART Track activates the escalation feature and an email is sent to the program managers. This feature ensures that  your company will remain in compliance even in the event of personnel turnover. It also drives a timely resolution of any program management issues.
